A possible mutation.
Mutation in the waters is normal, though the mutants will likely
die earlier.
I read a book on how crossbred fishes actually makes them
susceptible to attacks from both parent breeds.
But the fish in the picture looked fake... at least the eyes
looking like a squid's while the body structure is similar to
catfish/sting ray/sharks.
